During my stay, I found the bar and lounge area inviting, offering a solid menu and a friendly atmosphere. The English breakfast was a delight, featuring high-quality produce and expertly poached eggs. While my room was clean and well-serviced daily, it was on the smaller side, with slightly uncomfortable pillows. The flat-screen TV placement could have been improved for better viewing angles. Staff efficiency stood out; they promptly addressed heating issues and were always polite. Free toiletries, an electric kettle, and ironing facilities are thoughtful touches, adding value.
